UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY PHI KAPPA TAU FRATERNITY HOUSE

STATUS: Completed in 2020
OVERVIEW: The Phi Kappa Tau house is a new, state-of-the-art, 20,000 sf facility consisting of four stories located in the heart of the University of Kentucky’s Greek Park.
The two upper levels house 55 sleeping units with updated modern room layouts and private bathrooms. The first level contains the House Director’s Suite, Media Hall, Study Rooms and Conference Room while the lower level features a walk-out Basement, Commercial Kitchen, Chapter Meeting Room, Dining, and Gaming Hall. The house provides a source of pride for alumni, undergraduates and visitors that demonstrates the quality and history of the chapter. It gives Phi Kappa Tau members a look into the chapter's future while paying homage to its past.
Nomi was the architect of record for this amazing project while also designing and fabricating custom furniture pieces to celebrate and highlight the fraternity’s commitment to brotherhood, learning, leadership, and character.
