PASTA GARAGE CAFE

LOCATION: Lexington, KY

STATUS: Completed in 2015

OVERVIEW: The owners of the Lexington Pasta Company approached us with the idea of adding a tasting room to their new factory on Delaware Avenue. They wanted to open a casual cafe where customers could come try their different pastas cooked to order with chef-prepared sauces and toppings.

We worked with Lesme and Reinaldo to design a space that was industrial yet warm; a space that was cost-effective to build yet unique to their brand. The front counter, tables and light-gear installation were all designed and fabricated in collaboration with our in-house shop and Honeycutt, a local sheet metal contracting company.
